Who Is Responsible for Your Data

Third-party platforms such as Whop and Discord may separately process personal data under their own privacy policies and for their own purposes.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Nobilora, we may process:

• your name
• email address
• Whop account or username information made available to us
• Discord username or account information
• purchase and access information
• course participation or progress information where available
• community activity relevant to moderation or support
• communications and support requests you send to us
• other information you voluntarily provide

We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

How We Use Information

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data only where there is an appropriate legal basis.

Performance of a contract. We process data to provide purchased Masterclass access, provide Discord community access, manage your membership, provide customer support and administer your purchase.

Legitimate interests. We may process limited data to protect Nobilora services from abuse or fraud, maintain community security, enforce access rules, respond to support issues and improve our services. Where we rely on this basis, we weigh the interests, rights and freedoms of affected individuals.

Legal obligations. We process and retain information where necessary to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.

Consent. Where processing requires consent, such as certain optional marketing or non-essential tracking, we rely on consent where required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing.

This Privacy Policy primarily addresses processing associated with the Nobilora Masterclass, Whop and the Nobilora community.

The Nobilora website may use cookies and similar technologies. Information about cookies, consent choices and website tracking is provided through the applicable privacy and cookie information on the Nobilora website.

Non-essential tracking technologies are subject to applicable consent requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Personal data may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

• platform and service providers used to operate Nobilora
• Whop in connection with purchases, access and payment-related administration
• Discord in connection with community functionality
• professional advisers or service providers where necessary
• competent authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law

Some third parties process information independently under their own privacy policies. Others process information on our behalf.

International Data Transfers

Some third-party services used by Nobilora, including Whop and Discord, may process personal data outside Slovenia or the European Economic Area.

Where Nobilora is responsible for a transfer subject to GDPR transfer restrictions, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism will be used where required, such as an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

Third-party platforms may also make international transfers independently under their own privacy policies and legal frameworks.

These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions. For requests concerning data controlled by Nobilora, contact info@nobilora.com. Requests concerning data independently controlled by Whop, Discord or another platform should normally go to that provider.

Third-Party Services

Nobilora Masterclass purchases are processed through Whop. Whop and its payment partners process payment and transaction information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Nobilora does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card credentials. Whop may share information with Nobilora necessary to identify a purchase, provide access, communicate with the purchaser and provide support.

Nobilora uses Discord to provide community access and communication. Where you join the Nobilora Discord community, Discord processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. Nobilora may process limited Discord-related information necessary to provide access, administer the community, provide support and enforce community rules.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data we process. However, no online service, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

Nobilora services are not intentionally directed to children where the relevant service or transaction would not be legally available to them. If we become aware that personal data has been collected in circumstances where applicable law requires its deletion, we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy where necessary to reflect changes in our services, data practices or legal obligations. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided where appropriate. The effective date at the top of this Policy identifies the current version.
